Matt was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He effortlessly was able to move from being able to step into the weeds and show the way in a precise and detailed manner to stepping back and empowering the team to make decisions and implement plans with a minimum of management. Matt offered insights in a way that had the team thinking and improving their deliverables rather than demanding that a certain direction that had to be followed. And most of all, Matt knows his stuff. Given the opportunity, I’d work with Matt again without hesitation.
