I had the pleasure of meeting Bishara as part of a Business Volunteers Unlimited event in downtown Cleveland, OH not too long ago. Her positive energy and ability to clearly communicate Towards Employment's goals and acheivements were a huge draw to me. As a busy young professional, I appreciated her honesty, humility and eagerness to share more information about her organization's goals and the plans to acheive them. As a result of meeting Bishara, I have chosen to volunteer to teach Lean Six Sigma concepts to their Manufacturing and Health Care clients every 1-2 months. Bishara is energetic, friendly and enthusiastic - I highly recommend her as a valuable asset to any organization.

My host site for this fellowship program was with a CDC called Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation where I was involved in resource development. This involved some grant writing, prospect research, data analysis, and website content development.
