I am currently investigating the relationship between implicit secure base script knowledge and mentoring script knowledge. This involves laboratory based assessments of participant implicit script knowledge and quantitative analysis of the resulting data. The relationship aspect of mentoring is a passion of mine, having witnessed the positive impact this can have on the aspirations and achievements of students, people with mental health related issues, and people recovering from addictions. Alongside my PhD, I have received training from Professor Harriet Waters in the use of the Attachment Script Assessment (ASA), Mentoring Script Assessment (MSA), and the intensive two week AAI theoretical training in July 2021 with Professor Miriam Steele and Professor Howard Steele. I have successfully completed the Introduction to Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and a PGCert in Research. Show less
