Architect, build and maintain AWS Cloud solutions. Support, maintain and develop ColdFusion applications. Provide systems administration and database support on Linux and Windows servers. Performing AWS administration for CF Webtools and our clients. Primary programmer for Mlsfinder.com and LeadManager. Integral in developing and maintaining solid stable code base to serve up the Mlsfinder property search. The service received an average of 2.5 million ColdFusion page views per day. Lead Architect for a new complete API system that would allow for even more usage of the Mlsfinder.com search products via SOAP and REST. Wrote the custom monitoring tools that monitor the JVM and ColdFusion across multiple servers using a custom monitoring dashboard. Lead programmer in the migration of Mlsfinder.com from CF5/Windows to CF7 and later CF8 on Linux. Worked closely with the systems administrator and database team to complete the migration. Assisted the systems administrator in the management of the ColdFusion servers. Part of my responsibilities was writing proposals and bids for major projects. Accurately determine the needs, both technical and human, of large projects that spanned multiple aspects of the company. Provided complete project planning details to the PM staff including time estimates and personnel recommendations that provided the base for PM planning. Reviewed business specifications and at times met with clients to discuss their needs. There were over 350 thousand equipment listings and nearly 2000 computer dealers in the database. The service included broadcast email, equipment listings and dealer searches and many automated routines to manage and maintain the data. The application also includes a separate administration website where CCi employees can manage every aspect of the customer accounts and automated functions of the web application.
