Christa has an undeniable ability to make sure things get done on time. She is always checking and double checking to see where projects are, in order to make sure they will be finished on time. She does this all with out having to yell or make threats, and I believe it is due to her great people skills, and knowledge of the type of work we do. She does a great job of corralling the creatives and keeps us on track, exceptionally well. She also has an unmatched desire to learn how things work on the technical side of things (if she doesn't already know), so she can have a better understanding for herself to better judge a projects status and timeline without the need of several formal meetings. This has helped tremendously as a developer to have a Coordinator who understands exactly what I do, and what needs to be done to make sure we stay on the projected timeline. I have found that her work style and characteristics are hard to find in this industry, and I can personally say I would confidently work on any project with Christa.
