I got to work with Tate for four years at BSC and Tate is the definition of a servant leader. He put his heart into everything he did (we were a small year-round staff) and his positive attitude and leadership skills will have a ripple effect from years and years of volunteers, summer staff, and campers that came through the camp under his leadership and program directing. Thank you, Tate, for your quiet but bold leadership. I miss working on the same team as you!
