I led the design & implementation of a digital transformation of winery operations systems through the use of Microsoft PowerApps, Planner and Power Automate. I have designed a bespoke set of apps which captures all of the daily planning tasks for vintage grape juice processing, providing comprehensive, live visibility of winery operations to all of the key players in the business. System and function requirements were identified through working directly with the winemaking and operations teams and delivering the final product in review gate phases. At time of launch, one on one training was provided to all cellar staff and any launch issues were effectively removed over the initial 3 week pilot. I am happy to say the customer was delighted with the final product and will continue to use the system in upcoming vintages. Show less
