I was the lead designer for several key DART campaigns and initiatives. I conceptualize, develop and design all forms of print, large format and digital advertising and collateral. My work seeks solutions for many different audiences: internal; stakeholders, including regional government agencies; and consumers. In a non-profit organization, one must wear many hats; my role at DART is so much more than just graphic design and creative leadership. I frequently assist the entire Marketing and Communications team, helping to strategize initiatives and write or edit copy. Key achievements and awards: · I was one of the design leads for the comprehensive redesign, re-strategization and restructuring of all of DART's bus informational materials. In particular, I was responsible for developing the system of maps and the templates and system for timetable/schedule brochures. The timetables I created brought DART into Federal compliance, and showcased the around 35% increased service, while only increasing printing costs around 22%. In addition, the timetables won two industry awards: A First Place AdWheel Award from the American Public Transportation Association and a Second Place Blue Pencil Gold Screen Award from the National Association of Government Communicators. The informational system overhaul (of which the timetables were a key part) was awarded the Southwest Transit Association "Hit the Spot" award.

As part of the business-to-business marketing team, I served as creative lead for omni channel marketing initiatives. I coordinated and provided creative direction for email campaigns and their corresponding landing pages, in-store point-of-sales materials, large format trade show displays, PowerPoint presentations, digital media advertising (including Google), and promotional print materials, including sales collateral, posters, signage and installation pieces. From concept to launch, I personally created or mentored the team that designed promotional, informational, lead generating, nurturing, educational, newsletter and sales-driven email series, as well as all corresponding landing pages. We focused on responsive: elegant designs that translate across multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Key achievements and awards: · I managed the team and personally created all print and digital templates for Lennox LIVE, Lennox's largest trade-show event of the year. This included developing the creative concepts and direction for the event microsite. · I was part of teams that won the following internal awards: "Productivity” for 2015 and the most coveted “Innovation” for 2016. Nominated for the 2015 individual contributor award, Lennox Residential Marketing's highest individual award. · I was responsible for the overhauled designs for all of Lennox's business-to-business emails templates, including the training calendar template, the news series for our e-business site, digital newsletters, and the product launch templates. · I developed the concept and managed complete creative for the Lennox PartsPlus® Holiday promotion, 2015. That promotion was the most successful they had ever had up until that time. · I acted as creative design lead, copywriting lead, and marketing assist on the LearnLennox nurture series: a weekly welcome and educational series for potential new dealer partners.
