It was such a pleasure working with Frankie. He's really one of the memorable people in AFT for me. Cheerful, hardworking and motivated--he could easily influence his workmates in making something good even better. He often consulted developers if his design / mock-up would be feasible on our side, as well as, asked QA on how a module works as it hadn't been documented before. He'd ease our confusion on the specifications by raising our questions to our clients or to our project manager. With regards to his output, his documents were easy to understand and had always been up to date. Lastly, his presentations skills was one of the best in the BA team.

Frank, as known to us, is a very disciplined and determined leader. As the Organization President of the organization wherein Frank is our VP Creative and Technical, any tasks assigned to him can be done with quality and on-time. In addition, as a leader, Frank makes everyone feel that he is always there in times of need, no matter how hard it will be for him. He always assists me to delegate tasks most especially during my last few months since I am a graduating student while being the organization president. I therefore recommend Frank as a leader of any organization that might be interested in his qualifications and strengths.
