An excellent BA, with a keen eye for detail and an engaging personality, everyone should have a 'Tom' on their team. Tom and I worked together on a key project for CtM in 2016, from inception through to completion. At the start of the project I could see that Tom was organised, helpful and always had the key facts to hand to back up the business case and key decisions which needed to be made. As the project progressed, he was the 'go to' person for the development team and I could see that Tom was able to quickly develop a close rapport with internal and external stakeholders, which was instrumental in driving the project forward. Tom also has a great eye for detail and can deliver time and time again to the highest and most demanding requirements. I have seen this in cases where Director level stakeholders have requested him to present to the whole of CtM and he has delivered to an exceptional standard. Presenting is certainly one of his key strengths and I have been fortunate enough to work on delivering presentations with Tom, as well as times when I have been part of an engaged audience.
