I worked with Saurabh in 2014 on a very challenging eCommerce project aiming at launching the Nespresso mobile eBoutiques in South Korea. Saurabh was leading the Business Requirements collection, handled the Specification phase, drove the implementation with IS/IT teams and coordinated the validation sessions with the market. I have really appreciated his ability to build bridges between our Business and IS/IT departments, always keeping our customers at the centre of the discussions or decisions.
