In addition to spearheading the strategic direction of the organization, Sofia has intentionally created an environment where everyone on the team feels they can contribute ideas and openly discuss new initiatives and feedback. She also competently manages the organization's budgets, grows partnership and project connections, and considers how to best foster community engagement, while maintaining that open and innovative attitude.
