      Chef Sentissi focuses on herbs and spices and use of Saffron to achieve a depth of flavor in his recipes, that when consumed, create balance in the body. Sentissi is an artist and his medium is food. He prepares his fresh, all natural ingredients by putting into practice his study of each spice and each herb and their various combinations to produce wholesome and fulfilling dishes which yield that perfect 'picture' of health.Often quoting Hipocrates, "Let thy food be thy medicine, and thy medicine be thy food", Chef Sentissi believes 'you are what you eat'.
