Work Inc Offices is a shared office space that allows professionals and startups to work together in a relaxed, professional, and innovative community. We turned an old apartment building into a 5 floor vintage-style space with all services included.Together, my co-founders and I created a unique business model for this company to be one of the first coworking spaces in Mexico City. After investors jumped in, I overviewed the design and construction of facilities, designed the organizational structure, planed the company culture and philosophy, and led a small team of people toward diverse strategic goals.
