During my time at the Leukaemia Foundation, the focus of my role has shifted and grown with the changing needs of the organisation. Currently, I work with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure brand compliance. This includes managing brand assets, approvals and the continual development of our suite of brand guidelines. I also lead on the coordination and implementation of a range of communication campaigns, working with my colleagues to bring together all aspects of the marketing mix to form a consolidated campaign that meets both campaign and organisational objectives. Recently I have as a part of the core team leading on the rebranding of the Leukaemia Foundation. I was involved in all stages of the process, from research through to fruition, with a focus on creating the brand guidelines and leading on the successful roll-out of the new brand.I have also:Implement a new project management tool to assist with the streamlining of the Brand and Marketing teams workflow. Created, monitored and reported on social media advertising campaigns.Designing of key marketing material for the Foundation and key campaigns.Provided expert marketing advice to areas of the organisation.Managed budget for advertising and promotion of national campaigns.
