MAIN DUTIES• Conduct the daily operations Meeting in operations office at 7:30 am. Need to take report from Sr. Supervisor, Project Manager related to issues, project updates, visits, audit etc. and suggest solutions.• Escalate any potential issues to other department heads or GM which will reduce the level of client satisfaction. Solve the issues immediately if possible.• Need to meet with the Client in-charge as required.• Follow up with Project manager / Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor for Inspection of work methods & chemical use to ensure the compliance with the company procedures and work instructions.• Responsible for approve monthly audits in assigned projects and schedule as per the Sr. PM’s instructions.• Approve cross Audits plan & Follow ups for the corrective and preventive actions.• Verify tender documents, proposal and provide feedbacks to business development department.• Mobilize & demobilize the location as per the client confirmation.Other Duties• Performs other tasks assigned by the General Manager.• Responds to emergency calls and leads emergency brigade in containing the situation• Arrange training and development programs that may improve personal or department standards liaising closely with the Training Manager.EHS Responsibilities, Accountability and Authority• Ascertains that safety is observed in all activities related to operations. • Knows the Company’s Environment, Health & Safety Policy, Procedures, Regulations and Objectives as they relate to his/her area of responsibility and ensure that they are effectively implemented in his/her locations. Ensures by appropriate monitoring and review, the work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner• Accountable for safe system of work and ISO procedure adherence in operation.• Accountable for health & Safety of workers, property and other stake holders in the assigned locations.
