Currently, in this role, I develop and implement strategic initiatives to direct and coach a team consisting of four Business Developers, one Business Support Leader, Five Business Support Officers, and temporary staff. In addition to implementing innovative plans, BD-Tools, and processes across the Chemical, Biological, and High Through-put (4) business units, I formulate and execute enhanced workflows, oversee contracting, and monitor markets to target new business opportunities.Furthermore, I devise and establish business development priorities/processes and drive customer conversion rates in alignment with four business units and the European Dir.
