      In this role, I balanced client-facing presentations with managing internal direction of mid- and junior-level designers. Multi day in-person client sprints were often required. This involved sketching concepts, articulating direction, moodboarding, and priority sessions. If a project included production, then collaboration with the Production Lead and Art Director would happen over visuals required for the design. Early performance data was gathered and personas were defined for thoughtful UX decisions throughout the entirety of the project.
