I had the honor of working with Mike at Faxnet several years ago, and also indirectly worked with him after that when we where both at different companies. He has always been very responsible, and efficient in his work. I never had to track him down or follow up on a tech issue. If there was EVER a network issue, he was on top of it immediately and resolved it quickly.. He would follow back up with ME to brief me when everything was back up and running and always told me "Don't hesitate to contact me" if there was an issue again! How many engineers do you know who are as highly skilled as this, AND know how to communicate that well with others from different business units? Most engineers lack personality or proper communication skills to work seamlessly with other business units. Don't take my word for it, talk to others who have been lucky enough to work with Mike over the years His track record speaks for itself, and when you meet Mike, you'll realize he is a MUST have person in your IT Dept! I HIGHLY recommend Mike to ANYONE looking for strong leadership of their IT dept!
