Keller Williams is "a technology and training company that just so happens to be in Real Estate," and I've been the recipient of Tina's state of the art training and it has been outstandingly insightful. "Tina Belle," as she is so affectionately known, does something for her market center above and beyond the real estate expertise she provides and best practices she teaches, Tina is a leader by example. She practices what she preaches, and her colleagues benefit tremendously from her consistent presence, active work ethic, and inspirational motivation. There are numerous reasons why she is successful, and why I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or become a realtor. But most particularly, I recommend her for being a smart, capable, leader by example.

Tina grew her business from a team of 2 generating $15 million in annual sales to a team of 5 generating $48 million in annual sales. Tina's sales team (The Beliveau Group) has consistently sold over 100 homes annually for 6 years running. In 2016, Tina stepped into the role of Team Leader at KW Legacy. Under Tina's leadership, the office grew, thrived, attracted and retained countless top producers, supported many agents in building teams and larger businesses, and created a culture that rallies around the successes of one another that is extremely unique to the industry.
