I researched the behavior of nanoparticles arranged in copolymer gels to see how these gels might be used as a way to transport vaccine proteins in non-refrigerated environments. I was able to determine a novel strategy for creating nanoparticles of previously unattainable sizes, as well as discover the viability of a copolymer with a theoretically higher efficiency for this process.
