I formed and spearheaded the Product team to launch the Universal App, utilising PWA technology. Following its launch, I consistently drove enhancements for MagLoft's SaaS offerings, namely the Universal App & FlexPDF. My approach lies in optimising user journeys, enhancing user experience, and introducing functionalities to ease publishers' transition from Print/PDF publishing to responsive digital publishing.
