Evelyn is one of the most committed and dedicated persons I’ve known. Evelyn was my supervisor from 2016-2017. During this period I witnessed her leadership and management skills. As a leader of the team, she always offered me guidance and support with my activities. As we were in the process of initiating a new project, she was always willing to listen to my ideas and provided detailed feedback. Evelyn has outstanding communication and networking skills. She managed to create and maintain new strategic partnerships for the project we were working on a short period of time. Evelyn was able to manage the financial, logistical and operational aspects of a project, while always being attentive to the activities and needs of the staff that she was supervising. Evelyn is a pleasant person to work with. She always promotes and supports a positive working environment by working closely with her team, listening to them and inspiring them with her enthusiasm and dedication.

Evelyn has been in my team and bring a amazing positive spirit with her. She was always very pro-active and helped with a lot of projects whitin the team. She takes full ownership and is highly motivated in reference to her personal development. She did multiple internal onine courses to get more knowledge. Her passion for the people and her openness, made her being able to get a interim promotion whitin one year of her employment in recruitment. Here she also has been developping herself more and I can definitly recommend her as a wonderful employee, who will get things done.
