Managed program requirements, Conducted audits, employee training, compliance verification, surveillance on ranches and facilities. Compliance Operations: - Air Pollution Control District (APCD) which included local applicable APCD Regulations negotiation, implementation & operation, conversion of Water Well power natural gas to electric and conversion of Water Well power diesel to electric. - County Ag Commissioners Inspections, which required regulations Compliance with Training, Licensing, inventory and use reports - California Air Resources Board Compliance, which included the On Road Truck Compliance (TRUCRS) Program, developing Fleet strategy, permitting, implementing, and maintaining compliance.
