My practice specializes around young adults with a developmental trauma history. A primary guiding system for me is Attachment Theory. It helps me understand how people turn out becoming who they are and how they show up in relationships. I also incorporate aspects relational psychoanalysis, Narrative Therapy, ACT, bodywork, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), and Gottman method for couples, among others.
