Tal was for some period a colleague and another period my direct manager in Comverse. About the first period - Tal was an excellent, professional Senior SW Engineering. He was dedicated to the group and company. He was very professional, knew very well the system and saw very well the entire system and the consequences of changes in it. He knows very well how to find and solve bugs. He continued till he found it and fixed it the best way (in the level of system engineer) in the most highest response. Tal is friendly and happy to help all of the stuff. About the second peroid - Tal was my direct manager, he managed a few people (3-5). He knew well to handle the assignments and how to dispatch them. He was good at designing and handle new features and requirements. I highly recommend him.
