I was promoted to work within a newly created PMO office of North Shore Bank where I was accountable for developing the methodology, process, and correlating policies for Enterprise-level work. ☛ I am most proud of the fact that I established our PM systems and mentored Project Leads brought in with no prior experience to help us all achieve project wins for the bank and key stakeholders.

Process Improvement Specialist/VP – Commercial Bank Lending Division
-
May 2015 - Jul 2020
I was originally recruited into North Shore Bank in a temporary Commercial Loan Administrator role to assist during a large staff transition but was asked to come onboard in a full time role as a Process Improvement Specialist in the Commercial Banking Division due to my strong performance. I was promoted to VP level in 2018, where I served as a strategic Commercial Team Project Manager driving process improvements for systems and technology. I enjoyed working in this role and drew upon my extensive commercial legal and administrative process expertise to manage multiple complex projects under aggressive timelines. I worked with all bank departments to identify imaging platform needs and solicit and retain cost effective vendors, and I was additionally accountable for managing the commercial and residential monitoring process for NSB-financed construction projects. 📝 I onboarded and mentored a strong team of 5 Commercial Loan Administrators and remained an active participant in the company’s monthly IT Steering Committee meetings. I served in several roles with TD Bank over the course of 24 years - I initially worked as a Commercial Real Estate Administrative Supervisor, promoted to a Commercial Loan Administration Manager/AVP for Eastern Massachusetts, then to a Commercial Loan Administrative Manager/AVP for the entire state of Massachusetts by 2007. In 2010, I was assigned to serve as a Project Specialist/AVP – US Data Governance Team where I helped manage risk by assisting in the coordination of Basel II self-assessment requirements for the Small Business Banking Group. In 2012, I was promoted to Group Manager/VP in the Commercial Work Out Department where I oversaw strategic projects while managing a team of 27 Commercial Loan Administrators across the TD Bank footprint. I served on multiple committees and lead process improvements on various methodologies. I was then promoted to Project Manager/VP in the Commercial Work Out Department in 2015, and was accountable for providing consistency in policy application, procedures, and processes through active collaboration and effective project management. I ensured proper controls were placed, developed correlating training materials, and routinely facilitated open communication with process owners and stakeholders. I additionally achieved my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt during this time frame. Show less
