challenge52.coChallenge 52 is an online platform for challenges. Each week (for 52 weeks each year), a new challenge is posted on our platform. Each challenge is sponsored by a company/organization. For example, a gym who wants to gain brand exposure can sponsor a pushup challenge. Users submit a video of themselves doing that challenge, and the winner receives a prize from the sponsor (e.g. a free 1-month gym membership). We were in the process of building an MVP version of the website, and we also got accepted into Summer Company Program. Ultimately we decided not to move forward with Summer Company, because things got too hectic as I was also running another startup at the time. Challenge 52 is on pause.

My startup, LocalStudent, was incubated in the DMZ - Canada's top university business incubator. We were accepted into the Startup Certified program for 2 terms. I gained so many skills that I couldn't get from reading a textbook in school.Accomplishments & Responsibilities- Won the Star Entrepreneur Award - both in 2017 & 2018- Hired, trained and managed a sales team and a window cleaning team- Cleaned windows and eavestroughs with my team for hundreds of customers- Knocked on thousands of doors and called thousands of potential clients- Dealt with a ton of issues and solved problems every day

www.kulcoder.com is a startup that helps kids learn coding, making it fun while helping them prepare for a job.I helped to guide their marketing strategy. This was a really fun experience as I learned how to run ads and understand the basics of tracking metrics. Plus, I learned how to identify which KPI's were the most crucial to the success of the business, which was a very important lesson for me to learn as a young entrepreneur. www.kulcoder.com is a startup that helps kids learn coding, making it fun while helping them prepare for a job.I helped to guide their marketing strategy. In Grade 10, I started a small lawn mowing business. I acquired customers by knocking on doors in my area. For three summers throughout high school, I mowed and trimmed my customers' lawns.Fun fact: since I didn't have my driver's license (or a car), I would transport my lawn mower by skateboarding behind it and pushing the lawn mower ahead, whenever I had a customer who lived far away. I've always figured out a way to get stuff done! In Grade 10, I started a small lawn mowing business. I acquired customers by knocking on doors in my area.
