As Manager of HR at SPUC, Kirk worked closely with me when he joined our team as an HR generalist. It was an exciting time, as we were computerizing our employee records and functions. Kirk needed minimal guidance. He took charge of many projects and saw them through to successful completion. He successfully computerized most of the employee records and wrote programs to track activities and provide valuable statistics to department managers. Quite simply, Kirk is brilliant.

Biovail consolidated their travel requirements with our Company. Kirk impressed on me several initiatives were being worked simultaneously on by him within Biovail, so needed our help with the travel program. Early on Kirk and I made significant headway and reached mutual understanding on how our two organizations could each achieve goals we set. It was significant that Kirk enabled executive level sponsorship to help us in the management of the contract & to further drive in savings derived from the change management aspects. I found Kirk most accessible, open to work with and keen to explore progress & most receptive to ideas & opportunities.
