Data mining and analyzing for Illicit substances and drug overdose deaths using PySpark dedicated exclusively to OSU-CHS (Dr. Jason Beaman) Conducted two main projects: 1. First project: Data analysis project on the CDC Wide-ranging Online Data for Epidemiologic Research (CDC WONDER project). It aims to fix and analyze all overdose deaths data sets across the US counties, adding to Oklahoma state counties. 2. Second project: Data Mining analysis and prediction system that tackled among OK state health-related data for the overdose deaths. This project has been built a single system to split and analysis the datasets toward an exact prediction per each case over the illicit drugs, used the PySpark and SQL database on Jupyter notebook.
