Within days of her start at Ince, Kim had already rallied the team to work up a storm. Her positive energy and passion certainly drove the team forward. It's not often that you come across an individual who can inspire a team and genuinely stay invested in their growth. Nonetheless, she is equally loved and highly regarded by her team. One of her best qualities (in my books) is her ability to step back and look at things holistically, which made her my go-to person for constructive critiques that kept me grounded. I've never seen Kim flinch at a challenge of any scale or size. Her can-do approach to all things marketing is also reflected in the actions and behaviour of her team.
