This is irrespective of geography, carrier, forwarder, product, supplier, systems - we deliver 100% coverage of the supply chain and we can even go live without an initial IT project. The Prima platform is a SaaS product ("software as a service") and is scaling fast with some of the largest importers of FMCG in Europe now on board, managing suppliers already in over 20 countries just one year after going live. Prima can handle the whole international supply chain for clients irrespective of country, forwarder, transport method and product. We provide amazing data on the trade cycle (order to ship to deliver to pay) and deliver working capital efficiencies as a result. Our clients typically save more than 1% on spend. The platform’s approach is simple: suppliers have the documents and data that we are all looking for. So, using our secure portal, suppliers can upload and self-digitise all their paperwork (transport, commercial, compliance etc) as they ship and then our platform can cross-check the data, automatically approve invoices and is a single window through which all communications can then be channelled. We also can handle supplier payments so that supplier performance can then be linked directly to payments on the platform. PrimaTrade is an evolution of the legacy PrimaDollar business that was badly impacted by COVID and which was exited in May 2022. PrimaTrade does not provide financing but does help its clients to raise working capital financing via its syndicate desk (covering a large network of banks, funders, brokers and family offices).
