In this role I co-ordinate all of the performance reporting for the Beyond A&E (Acquisition & Engagement) client base. This is managing all stages from meeting with the client and understanding what it is they require from Beyond's services, to reporting on the client day-to-day (or month-to-month!). During my time in this role I put together the framework used to categorise touch-points by the end-user. This helps to understand how we can move people further down the brand awareness funnel to a point where we are able to influence purchasing (or other conversion) behaviour.I also co-ordinate research reports put together at the start of the campaign. This would identify what is working currently with the client and how we can help on an engagement level. I am also a keen and common participant of creative planning, including both brainstorms and any research prior to creating a strategy. Skills and expertise developed during this role include a first rate knowledge of tools and programs: Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Excel, Keynote; and an understanding on how to pace and plan a creative campaign. I also developed my ability to present and pitch to clients, while also framing my ability to tell stories using data and transform them into presentation material.
