      Young Crew is an international initiative by IPMA in search of new professionals who come to the market with a desire for knowledge and to develop competence in project management.In Brazil, the New GP Crew members have the opportunity to gain experience through volunteer work, with a focus on the professional and intellectual development of Brazilian Project Management.Initially, as a team member, and from February/2022, I volunteered for a project with the Belonging Institute. After this initial period, I assumed the role of project manager, elaborated tap with other volunteers, approved and maintained the activities provided in the schedule. I suggested the deployment and was accepted, by Microsoft TEAMS and Microsoft Planner for task tracking. The study material has been made available and I am available to provide training on them.I am currently as a team member in the award project for project managers. My focus is the coordination in the preparation of the website to send the papers.

      VALEC is a federal government company focused on Railroads for engineering and construction, and preparation for railway network concession.In this contract there were some activities planned but without a defined format of "how" to perform. Initially, I performed credit and debit analysis in the administrative processes of the contracts, using data from measurements, audit results or requests from the presidency. Given the technical context of engineering, I prepared technical reports to support the legal understanding of lawyers.I created a database (technical and legal), resulting in dashboards for simplification. This information issued was managed using Microsoft Excel Online, task assignments through Microsoft PLANNER, and I designed these solutions together with the Microsoft TEAMS aggregator/hub for correct communication, news site, and access to environments.This work resulted in the return of values to the erário (R$23 MM).
