Tim has been integral to the success of iDropped, including and especially my store in Edwardsville, PA. He is our linch pin-- highly responsive, easily accessible, and a killer can-do attitude that gets the job done. When I was first considering signing with iDropped, it was Tim that gave me the confidence to take to the leap into franchising. I knew I would be perfectly fine with Tim at the helm. He has generously gone the extra mile to ensure our store needs are met and better yet, exceeded. During this time formed valued relationships with franchisees to improve validation removing barriers to the franchise sales process. With our team, we improved the efficiency of time to launch, improved resort layouts (maximizing revenue per SQFT), made resort operations easier and invested in marketing strategy to increase resort traffic earlier in the launch process. This resulted in happy franchisees, who support the brand and are highly profitable. Over the 5 years at K9 Resorts first-year resort sales increased by 160%. Franchisee revenue ceiling grew by 84% and was achieved in 24 few months. With this performance, the average EBITDA has increased by 42.8%.

Developed foundational training program for technicians, launch plan for expansion and operating model. Executed strategy by leading site selection, construction, marketing, recruiting, and training to open and lead the teams of 5 additional corporate-owned retail repair centers. During that time explored, tested, and launched iDropped as a retail repair center franchise system; of which we opened 5 new franchisee-owned units before one of the co-founders exited and the guidance was set to be corporate units only moving forward. Highlighted Accomplishments: - Led franchise launch project for CEO including: legal documentation prep (FDD), operations manual creation, vendor/partner sourcing (marketing & public relations; furniture fixtures & equipment, parts suppliers), real estate/construction process, and training program. - Renegotiated vendor contracts and initiated an international supply chain for parts resulting in a reduction of cost of goods (COGS) from 45% of net sales to 36%, resulting in profit margins increasing by 21% across the system. - Overseen training program through the launch of 40+ different industry products (iPhones, Samsung, Tablets, Computers), resulting in 18+ general managers, and 70 technicians being trained on with each tranche of launches. - Researched, analyzed, and forecasted industry trends that lead to internal models for inventory and pricing based on product viable lifespan and moving older models to legacy-based repair tiers. This decreased wastage and improved customer sentiment toward having a service performed. - Started attachment initiative providing training and upselling strategies to associated and complimentary products, resulting in a 35% increase in ‘attachment rate’ of accessory sales. - Implemented inventory management, auditing, and reporting system which minimized shrinkage by 73%.
