Kim is an amazing realtor. Not only was she able to get me top dollar when she sold my rancher (a ‘handyman’s special’) in a cool market, she also got me a deal on a brand new waterfront condo ideally suited to my lifestyle. When other realtors were telling me my visions of a new home and new lifestyle were unattainable, Kim made them happen.
