Clement and I worked on the same product at Dental Wings. Whilst I took ownership of the hardware, he took ownership of the software. Clement has good collaboration skill, which was a CSF, to ensuring we had alignment on product roadmap and the release cadence. As 2 POs for 1 product, we worked well together and communicated with one voice to our scrum teams. Clement’s technical knowledge enables him to speak the language of the developers. He is customer focussed, thus helping to define the value-add features to the product. It was a pleasure to work with Clement.

      * Manage and prioritize product backlog:In my context, that would mean ensuring that the software would work perfectly in sync with the hardware for every increment on both software and hardware side. Ensuring that the production chain (local to the company) is able to run without interruption by fixing issues fast on the software level- And eventually, ensuring that the current user needs and future features are captured in the backlog for the next planned software versions.* Sprint planning with developers, designers, QA* Regular alignment on top business priorities with program manager and other VPs* Handling of communication with various stakeholders:- Weekly report on project progress to VPs (for next software release, R&D topics and other initiatives)- Weekly alignment with support team on latest product issues (Ensuring that reported issues are analyzed, filtered and prioritized) - Regular feedback sessions with end-users and key opinion leaders (Through direct calls, demos, surveys)- Regular alignment with external parties (collaboration on common project among different parties, ...)* Anticipation on customer needs: analysis of competition, customer surveys, ....
