Maciej was a CEO while I was working at Yameo for about 2.5 years. The most important for me was the fact that the „CEO was just his tittle and our relationship was the same as with any other team members or even better. There was no artificial hierarchy. Whenever I had a problem or needed a piece of advice in any area, I could ask him for help and he was always willing to help me. He is a person from whom you can learn a lot, but at the same time is open for feedback and strong arguments. It was a great time to cooperate with Maciej at Yameo.
