Bio
Antonio Cosentino
I worked together with Abdallah for several years at Styla and during this time I could see him growing professionally and gaining experience in both Frontend and Backend Development. I always appreciated his curiosity and willingness to learn new things and also his positive attitude even when dealing with the more nasty bugs. He learns fast and he acts fast, and this makes him a valuable member of a development team.

I worked with Abdallah for a couple of years, during which he has successfully transitioned from a QA into a Junior Software Developer and later into a Software Developer. He has learnt a lot during that period and has always shown willingness to learn even more. He quickly graduated into a level that allowed him to develop both frontend and backend projects. He has acquired great understanding of React and Redux, being capable of refactoring entire frontend projects. He was liked and respected by the people who worked with him. He has always been very communicative, especially taking into account his great command of the English language. I hope we will be able to work on the same project again in the future.

I was part of an internship program, where I worked with several teams to gain experience working in a Start-Up. I started with learning about and supporting facilities management, where I helped with maintenance at Berlin HQ. Then I received 1:1 tutoring with Erik Michaels-Ober where I learnt a lot of new things about programming using Java. After that I learnt about Github. I developed this further by spending time with Matthias Georgi and building my very first App, and learning SQL with Soundcloud's Insight Team. Finally I spent time with the tech support team providing assistance to employees for their hardware. Show less
