I was the design lead of the 2008-9 Product Range Concepting. I led all project phases: definition of brief, initial brainstorming, experience design selection, concept design, detailed design and user research, and collaborated with Strategy & Portfolio and Project Management to assure project was on target with design and business management. I was the first UX design to ever lead product design process in Nokia Design. The project provided an example to the way of working and defined future project leadership and management requirements. The project impacted on Nokia’ global process beyond the design groups.
