I have learnt so much from working with Lizzie on co-production activities. Lizzie's facilitation skills, inclusiveness, commitment to excellence and personal warmth enable her to knit together diverse groups to work together towards a shared goal. Her ability to see the bigger picture, develop stakeholder relationships and plan meticulously means that these ideas get followed up and implemented. Lizzie is such a fun, enthusiastic and caring team member, who is incredibly generous with her valuable skills and time.

I had the privilege of managing Lizzie across both the Getting on with Money and Empower projects. Lizzie's approach to her work is absolutely exemplary. She is well-organised, committed, conscientious and dependable. This, alongside her warmth and excellent interpersonal skills mean that she is able to build strong and trusting relationships not only with her teammates, but with volunteers, service users and partner organisations in particular. She takes a hugely considered and systematic approach to her work, looking at all factors carefully and getting input from relevant individuals before determining the best course of action. As a result of all of this, Lizzie's work is of a very high quality. She was able to work with partners and volunteers to come up with solutions and interventions that belonged as much to them as they did to her. As a result of her work on Getting on with Money, she was able to transform the approach a number of housing providers took to residents in financial difficulty and embed new processes which worked as well for staff as they did for residents. On Empower, she was able to effectively manage the co-production process to ensure that ownership and buy in was as strong amongst residents as it was amongst housing providers. This resulted in a number of innovative activities around fuel poverty including a roadshow and a range of co-produced resources. Lizzie has high level written and verbal communication skills, meaning she is able to transmit complex messages in a clear and concise way whether this is in written reports or presentations to high level stakeholders including boards. She also has an engaging training style which won her high praise from all those who attended the sessions she delivered. In addition to this, she has strong skills in design which enabled her to put together eye-catching and easy to understand resources for staff and residents. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lizzie as an individual who is not only consistently high-performing in all that she does individually, but also a hugely conscientious and supportive member of any team.
