As a Consultant, I've had the opportunity to work with many clients within the Distribution and Retail sectors, ranging from a Multinational Healthcare and Consumer Products Conglomerate to an American Office Supplies retailer. Below outlines a few of my key experiences:- Collaborated with a team in developing 700+ engineered standards for 800+ SKUs, with 100+ unique characteristics and attributes over six packaging lines, resulting in the creation of a comprehensive line balancing tool used to right-size the workforce to customer demand and a potential savings of $2M+- Supported a DC start-up through process development, work instruction and job aid creation, and supervisor and teammate training- Worked to stabilize a DC after COVID layoffs and unexpected increase in demand through Kaizen and FMEA events with DC leadership to identify root-causes of inventory inaccuracies and re-establish customer and store service-level agreements- Identified 5S opportunities in key functional areas and created corresponding transformational documentation- Conducted current state and future state capacity analyses to identify staffing and equipment needs- Developed a study to aid in the investigation of an in-house retailer's annual physical inventory vs. a third-party, and completed a comprehensive analysis of current vs. actual labor hours and process improvement ideas

As an analyst, I had the opportunity to consult and collaborate with one of the largest beauty retailers in the country. Throughout this consulting project, we worked together to sustain and improve the workforce productivity of the distribution center. I also had the opportunity to consult with a Fortune 500 company, where I gathered data on customer service and employee utilization.

Engineering Camp Advisor
-
Jun 2016 - Jun 2016
At the Bucknell University Engineering Camp, I presented information about engineering majors to high school students in about five sessions, lasting 45 minutes each. This information allowed the students to think about different career paths and implement a connection between engineering and their lives that they hadn't thought about before.
