Jackie and I worked on a team as HR Management Specialists for approximately three years at Oklahoma Department of Human services, then we both were promoted to HR management positions in different respective departments. Jackie took the lead on a new onboarding program for the agency. In addition, she was a member of the Employee Engagement and Recognition Committee for two years, where she built strong working relationships within the HR Management division. She was selected to lead the State Charitable Campaign (SCC) from HR because of her leadership qualities and did a great job of raising $7000 within 3 months which was an increase of $2000 from the year before from HR department. I personally benefited from Jackie’s mentorship and guidance, while working as her teammate . She was a great team player. Her cheerful nature and collaborative work style made tough deadlines much easier on her team. Due to her commitment to exceptional quality of work helped streamline her team’s processes. Jackie embraces change as a competitive advantage; she continually seeks to improve herself and team. As HR Programs Manager supervising the HR Services unit, she was not only a great supervisor but a wonderful mentor who was always available to her staff as and when needed and encouraged and motivated them all the time .Jackie demonstrated a tireless work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Jackie’s skills and leadership qualities would make her an invaluable addition to any team.
