Under this role, I talk to our clients on a regular basis to take their input and support them on any issues they might be experiencing with their data and/or the system, I communicate with Client Services and Data Operations to understand the issues that have the most impact on their daily operations and with the clients, as well as to establish expectations on timelines and work being developed. One of the main purposes of this role is to allow visibility of the product roadmaps across all levels of the organization.
