I had the pleasure of working with Greg as one of the first members of Onfleet's nascent Product Team. Having joined with previous experience, he was able to directly shape our Product process and set the standard for how we delivered. I was always impressed with Greg's absolute ownership of his work: biasing his team towards action in an ambiguous environment that previously had little experience with empowered cross-functional product squads. Greg is a strategic thinker who balances business imperatives, user experience, and technical limitations in order to prioritize his team's roadmap. Greg is also a savvy collaborator who creates working relationships outside of the Product organization in order to remove external blockers and increase our team's influence. Lastly, he's a genuine pleasure to work with and helped contribute to a fun a friendly team culture that we all benefited from greatly!

It’s truly been a wonderful experience working with and getting to know Greg. He has a logical and strategic mind which makes him well equipped to think through all product decisions. It’s because of this that Greg has been very successful in getting our squad well prepared for large epics and projects. When it comes time to demo new features, Greg thrives in front of larger audiences and does a fantastic job communicating the new functionality. In smaller groups, he can be an excellent facilitator of discussions and very effectively runs our squad’s refinement sessions. Greg is a great communicator and demonstrates leadership within our group on a daily basis. I can say that from an engineering perspective, it is an absolute pleasure to strategize with Greg. Aside from Greg’s professional abilities, he has an uplifting personality and brings a lot of positive energy to our meetings. He has the ability to keep things light, while also maintaining the importance of the discussion. I can confidently say that Greg would be a huge positive boost on the culture of any workplace!
