I worked with Rob on new product development initiatives for Aviat Networks that required a deep dive requirement for technical telecommunications considerations. Not easy topics to work through that required considerable importance for Rob's ability to embrace the deep dive technical aspects and move projects forward that were most closely tailored to Aviat's marketplace. I have a great appreciation for Rob's ability to simply "take the football and run with it"...Rob excelled with embracing tasks and projects in his responsibility and seeing them through from start to finish. Once he took on a project there was never a doubt he would see it through. Rob has tenacity and perseverance and follow through as his strengths in my mind . Rob and I were able to work though challenging discussions that argued pro's and con's of these projects and I am super appreciative that he was always willing to take in input and fully weigh in on the discussion even if it was a deviation in direction from the start of the conversation to the completion. My hope is that I have a chance to work with Rob again if the future aligned, I pick Rob first for my team any time.

Rob is multi-faceted in his capability; he conducted
