Kate is a juggernaut when it comes to PR and Comms. Her determination, strategic thinking and experience in knowing what works is the reason that Vend has been continually profiled by the worlds most prominent business and tech media. Her ability to collaborate, direct and coordinate with local PR agencies has been key in crafting Vend as being perceived as market leader in retail point of sale and the cutting edge in cloud technology. I have been lucky enough to work with her for 3.5 years and have learnt so much from her thanks to her open, friendly and team focused style of working. I would highly recommend her to any organisation.

Kate's great. She's smart, well-organised, digitally savvy and always fun. She can liven up an office, even though she is focused on her work. Like all good practitioners, she knows when to speak and when to keep her counsel. She spots opportunities early, but also knows what to she has to do to keep her clients safe. They, for their part love working with Kate because she combines intelligent enthusiasm with flawless execution. Media contacts respect her because she never wastes their time. Kate always thinks before she acts and has never let me down.

Manager and guardian of Vend's communications across the globe, responsible for a team of three - my role spanned a time of incredbile growth and challenge for Vend as it moved from start-up to established business. I worked hard to protect and fine-tune Vend's brand and tone inside and outside the company during times of change; share the stories of our amazing customers, and create PR campaigns and content that inspired retailers and investors; and build customer communications strategies to uphold reputation and delight our retaliers.
