Aaron's title of President of RevLocal isn't the reason I look up to him. I prefer to acknowledge him as my Mentor. I couldn't possibly articulate all the positives about him in a brief recommendation. If I were to highlight some of his attributes, words such as Passionate, Driven, Inspiring, Motivational, Genuine, and Dedicated are at the top of the list. As many would agree, Aaron is tremendously talented in Business Leadership and offers "Game-Changing' ideas. If you have ever heard him give a presentation, you know he was born a natural public speaker. Aaron works pretty much nonstop with the mentality of "What can I do for you" and that in turn makes me personally want to work harder for him. He challenges me to do be better without even asking me to. It's a privilege to work with Aaron Boggs and he makes us all feel that "We are in the the right place!"

Recruited initially to assist in development of organization change into cross-functional value stream deployment. Financial statement generation, balance sheet, P&L reporting, and asset management training completed for Value Stream Directors and Operational Business Unit VP’s. Also completed several strategic financial projects for executive management. Accepted position as Financial Controller of Global Supply Chain including Procurement and Logistics. Worked directly for Vice President of Supply Chain and acted as his confidante, traveling together to all global facilities. Created Flight-Deck reporting which drove change into Cost, Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness, and People. Implemented component synergy with other products of R-R, design for cost workshops with suppliers, and low cost sourcing. Beginning of 2005 was awarded an introductory position within Corporate Engineering. In this position, responsibilities include Program Management of all aspects of the new Trent development product line. Task was to deploy massive cost reduction initiative, tracking life cycle costing through the multiple stages of the product including design. Currently reporting to Vice-President of Operations, and giving monthly report outs to President and Executive Staff. Early Career High Potential employee, Rolls-Royce Inc. Program started in 2004 to award the future executives of the company with extra-curricular opportunities to advance skills. 1 out of 33 employee’s world wide to participate in the launching of the program. The CEO of Rolls-Royce North America has individually assisted in creating Individual Development Plan roadmap and Performance Development Review.
