I started out as Assistant Manager in Liverpoool where I went through the successful pre sell of the brand new site. Upon opening I was then responsible for the day to day running of the operational football site as well as the fitness suite. In addition to this I also had to sell new memberships for both the gym and football. I was awarded Assistant Manager of the year in 2007 and was promoted to General Manager of a new site in Bury. This time I was in charge of sourcing office space while running the pre sell, recruitment, marketing and selling.
