I worked with Paul for a number of years, initially as my line manager and then later as a senior stakeholder.       Working with the Group COO, executed the strategic decision to partner with SS&C and 'lift out' the core operations function (to SS&C from BM). This involved managing people, process and technology issues both decisively and sensitively in order to ensure that the outcomes of the strategic partnership were achieved for all stakeholders.
